What is Microworkers?

Microworkers is an international online marketplace where employers or buyers post jobs and workers or freelancers complete these jobs. If you don’t know Who Are Freelancers  you can check out this post.

However, Microworkers connects employers and workers from around the world. The tasks assign to the workers and receive payment from employers. Those jobs are easy, simple, and quick and can be completed within a few minutes. So they are called micro jobs. So I guess that from this micro-jobs concept they have given this platform name Microworkers.

Types of Microjobs in Microworkers:

Microjobs include data entry, data mining, data collection from the website, social media likes, shares, increasing fans, subscribers, data tagging, data labeling, data matching, sentiment analysis, event sequencing, transcription, content comparison, content evaluation, surveys, research studies, application testing, software downloads, application install, account creation on other sites, creating email account etc.

Creating an account on Microworkers is 100% free and as it is an international marketplace so anyone can join Microworkers and can be a member from any country.

Who are the Buyers?

Anyone can be a buyer. Who are the Freelancers?

Can I be a seller and buyer at the same time?

Of course, you can be a seller and buyer at any time. Signing Up to “Microworkers” allows you to take micro-jobs and at the same time when you have projects or campaigns you want to run, you can use your freelancer account as a client account. You just need to click on the Start A Campaign option and post your project. Even you can use your freelance microworkers account’s earnings as a fund or payment to run your campaigns.

Can I have more than one account?

No, you don’t need to create more than one account. Creating multiple accounts violates Microworkers’ rules and regulations. If you lost your login credentials you can request to send login information to your email address. If Microworkers can detect that you are maintaining more than one account then you will be punished. Your account will be suspended, IP addresses will be blocked, your earnings will be confiscated and you can’t open a new account on Microworkers’ in the future.


Can I alter my name and username?

Microworkers’doesn’t allow changing the name of one’s account. So it is important to write your real name and other relevant details during opening an account. However, the name can only be updated, in case when it is mistaken by typing mistake.

The username can also be modified. Just send a support ticket through your Microworkers’ account and appeal for username alternation.

How do I validate my cell phone number?

Enter your mobile phone number on the Account Page and they will send you the PIN via SMS. After getting the SMS PIN should be entered to the Account Page for validation.

If you didn’t get the PIN, you have an option to reset your phone number and add another number.


Can I change the Email address?

Obviously! Go to the “Account” page and click the “Change” link, check out your email address field, and follow the instructions. 

Why is my home present address not seen on my Microworkers Account page?

Full address details are covert for safety. However, you can send a request to reset your address through a support ticket so you can enter your correct home address.

I forgot my login credentials. Can I reset it?  

Yes, you can. Go to Forgot password page and you will be directed to how to reset your password. Please check your spam folder for our email. And also please update your Chrome/Firefox browser to the latest version to be able to receive emails from MV.

How do I earn money?


If you want to find the “micro jobs”, click on the “Jobs” tab and browse the more than hundreds of listed jobs. Each task will show you a set of instructions, the duration of completion, and the amount you will gain after completing the job. If you have enough confidence that you can finish the job, then click on “I accept this job” to take this job, and the page will show a form where you have to enter the proof required by the Clients. Otherwise, click on “Not Interested in this job” if you don’t want to do the job. Once you click the “Not Interested in this job”, this task will disappear from you.   

What is a Success Rate and why do I need to retain it?

The Microworkers’ success rate assures Clients that they get efficient results from the campaigns they are running. The success rate features protect workers from doing spam or fake proofs, and low-quality service of the tasks they do. 


Low-quality performed tasks will give you a minus rating and it will drag your success rate. To keep the best success rate, you should only take this project so that you are able to finish the task properly.

The Temporary Success Rate is the Rating you can find under your success rate. Temporary Success Rate counts your working capability with Satisfied vs Not-Satisfied tasks + Not-Rated tasks in a period of the last 60 days. Please make sure to keep your Temporary Success Rate always above 75% to be able to execute performing jobs. What is Reputation?

The number of stars in every category affects your reputation. The higher number of your Satisfied tasks, the more stars will be assigned to you(1-5). Freelancers with the most stars will be comprised in the “Best Workers” group. More information will be found from this page

Hire Group Jobs

Hire Group Jobs are jobs which are given to choose Freelancers of Buyers. Employers might comprise you in their Hire Group campaigns by referring to your fame or reputation. The greater reputation you have in a particular category, the better you have a chance are getting hired. When you will be hired in Hire Group Jobs you will be able to see attainable Hire Group tasks in the HG jobs tab from the top menu and the Jobs tab will be having anicon.  


Why are there low available jobs for me?

Jobs availability will rely on the territory where the Clients choose to conduct their campaigns. You can continue your tasks, but you will only be able to view those campaigns that are allowed on your present location and Hire Group campaigns that take your Worker ID in a particular group.

I have been misrated by my employer. What should I do?

If you are confident and you think you have been misrated for a task that is perfectly completed, let us know and we will give attention to the issue. Just open the task details page and click on the “Submit a Complain” link. After reviewing your issue and if your complain is right against your employer, then we will add the due amount to your worker's account. 


Otherwise, if you received bad rating from your employers for an correct issue, the due amount will not be added. Microworkers always maintain a fair policy in dealing with work disputes and seriously taking care what will be the best output for both employers or clients or freelancers or workers.  

 

I am asked to revise a task, How to do this?

Just click on the “Red Revise” button to modify your revised task according to the Client's requirements and then click on the submit button. The deadline for revising the task is 48 hours. If the task is not revised by the deadline, it will be automatically marked as NOT.

Where can I find a list of my completed jobs?

To see a list of your completed and submitted jobs, click the "Tasks I finished" tab. To view the details of your submitted proofs, there are two options  under the "Tasks I finished" tab which are “Basic tasks” and “Hire Group tasks”.

What is a Locked job?

Locked jobs are TTV jobs and will be locked for you when you take the job. And when you accept the job, a position or slot will be locked or will not be available for any other workers until you finish the task. If you skip the task then the slot will be available for everyone. To know more about please visit your Microworkers profile.

 

From where can I view my earnings and account activity?

 If you want to see your transactions, click on the “Account” tab from the top right corner menu. This page will display your personal information and your Microworkers’s account details. To view your full earnings information click on the “Transaction (all)” link under the transaction section lower left side. To view your deposits, click on the “Transaction deposits” link.

To know your withdrawal history click on the “Withdraw” button from the top menu. All withdrawal histories with the corresponding date, withdrawal method, status, and amount will be listed on the page.

I need to do KYC verification if I want to withdraw my earnings that’s why there is no transaction showing on Microworkers’s account.  Your account’s current balance is displayed on the top section of your page.

How often am I paid and how do I receive my payment?

If I want to withdraw my earnings I need to earn a minimum withdrawal amount. Once you or I reach the minimum withdrawal threshold, just click on the Withdraw tab from the top menu and then click on “Place a New Withdrawal Request ”.

Now you can choose your preferred payment method that will be suitable for you. More payment options will be available in the future. Announcements will be made once they are implemented. All payments are made in USD.

Payments will be sent to workers twice a week, every Wednesday and Sunday. 

 

What is KYC Verification?

KYC Verification is the process of verifying your identity. You must complete this verification before you can withdraw your earnings.

Once you reach $1.00 in earnings, you will be notified to undergo KYC verification.

 

What IDs are accepted for KYC Verification?

 The following IDs are accepted for KYC verification:

  • Passport
  • Driver's license
  • National ID card
  • Any government-issued ID card

Your ID must include your name, picture, and date of birth, and be clear enough to read.

In other words, any official document issued by your government that proves your identity can be used for KYC verification. This includes things like your passport, driver's license, national ID card, and even your voter registration card.

Just make sure that your ID is up-to-date and that the information on it is accurate. You should also make sure that the ID is in good condition and that the photo is clear enough for the KYC verification process to work.

Is Transpay a supported withdrawal method in my country?

I understand. You want to withdraw money using Transpay, but you're not sure if it's available in your country.
